My Story: How I Fell in Love with Baking

My love for baking started in the most unexpected way during my summer vacations I want to try something new that excite me I go to the kitchen I saw my mom doing cooking and I ask her that what I can do she said why don't you try baking that idea immediately click me then I Googled  easy cookies recipe for beginners and gave it a try. The cookies were quite perfect, but the joy of trying something new and excited is on another level.
After that I start experimenting with everything from basic cookies to fluffy cupcakes. During this I found some helpful tips and tricks that actually works very well.

Quick tip: Start Simple!

If you just start trying start something simple easy and quick like 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies:

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix them well, scoop onto a baking try and bake at  350°F (180°C) for 10 to 12  minutes that's it soft, chewy and also the process is so satisfying.





Tools You Need as a Beginner Baker:

Don't worry you don't need a whole setup to start you just need some basic items like:
A mixing bowl
Measuring cups and spoons
A whisk or electronic beater
Baking tray or cake tin
Parchment paper
As we go I will introduce more tools gradually and explain why we need them.
